Sukin Pore Perfecting toner features Eucalyptus and Tea Tree Oils to purify the skin, whilst Quince refines pores and limits skin shine.
Eucalyptus helps to reduce the prevalence of acne causing bacteria on the skin and reduce the appearance of redness associated with breakouts, while Tea Tree aids in the reducing the appearance of redness associated with acneic skin. Quince aids the skin by refining skin texture and limiting skin shine.
Suitable for all skin types, especially oily skin.

Soak a cotton pad or cloth and gently wipe over face. Use AM & PM following your cleanser.

Refreshing and non-drying
This toner is part of Sukin’s blemish control range, along with a matching cleanser, moisturiser and spot treatment gel. It comes in a 125ml bottle with a light green label. The formula has a whole lot of plant extracts such as aloe leaf juice, quince extract, green tea/white tea extract, ginger extract, peppermint leaf extract, tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, rosemary leaf oil, lavender oil. It also has glycerin, a wonderful humectant, and salicylic acid which helps unclog pores. Note however that salicylic acid is listed towards the end of the ingredients list, so may only be a very low concentration.
I found this toner to be refreshing and non-stripping. I was worried with all the plant extracts especially peppermint oil which tends to irritate my face, but this did not have those issues. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering. The glycerin also makes it slightly hydrating.
In terms of clearing out pores, I don’t find this as effective as products with higher concentration of salicylic acid. It’s not a repurchase for me but may suit those will less congested pores and/or fans of natural beauty products.

Clean eucalyptus and tea tree smelling toner
Bought this on clearance at the supermarket as I was curious to see if it was beneficial for my skin.
I don’t usually use a toner but having reddened sensitive skin I thought maybe I should try something new.
Upon opening the bottle and dropping some toner on a cotton pad, I was greeted with a beautiful scent. And surprisingly the cotton pad absorbs quite a lot of the liquid and you actually don’t need to apply that much to wet the whole face.
It has a clean fragrance and you believe it is removing nasties from your skin with the eucalyptus and tea tree aromas.
I’m not sure that there was any change in the sensitivity or redness of my face but at least I could know that I was cleaning it and my pores with natural ingredients.
This bottle will last me a while but I’m not sure that I’ll buy it again in the future.

Got this toner in the kit. 50mL. Used daily or every second day mornings (as night time I use aha acid toner). It is not clear, but slightly coloured from herbal ingredients. Scent comes from tea tree/eucalyptus/herbal mix. Since it is natural, it goes away once soaked into the skin.
After applying, it soaks in/dries very quickly. Does not leave my skin tight feeling. Just softened. Didn’t sting my eyes either (when applying it I pour small amount into my palm and then pat/massage it in with hands all over the face). Any serums and moisturizers (even oil based serums I use at times) went over it well. No peeling.
Toner feels refreshing. Did not irritate my skin. Softens. And may even helped my huge pores from getting those pesky whiteheads (that stubbornly always form no matter what I do and how much acid and other exfoliators I use). My skin is mid aged, combo to oily summer time, combo to normal winter (when using high % acids and retinol daily). Huge pores (had very oily skin in teens/20s).
Affordable, simple, natural based, gentle (on my skin type).

Assists with acne, leaves the skin feeling fresh and smooth
I previously used Sukin’s ‘Oil Balancing Claifying Facial Tonic’ which focused on tightening the pores, for combination and oily skin types. But as my oily skin had been under control, I was after a product which helped with pores and acne and had no hesitation in buying Sukin’s ‘Pore Perfecting Toner’, which claimed to assist in these needs.
A major factor I liked about this toner was that it was made with natural ingredients, such as eucalyptus, quince, and willowherb, which specifically assisted in fighting acne. Also, I have enjoyed using a product which did not contain benzoyl peroxide.
The toner was non-sticky, removed impurities with ease, dried quickly, and left a lovely eucalyptus scent with my sensitive skin feeling fresh and smooth.
I would re-purchase this product as although already affordable, it can often be found on special at one of many retailers selling Sukin products and all in all, it has been effective in reducing my acne and pores.

Refreshing
I loved the smell of this toner: it’s packed with natural ingredients, including tea tree oil, and this is really reflected in the fragrance. It has an amber colour when placed on a cotton pad, and I found that you don’t need a huge amount to adequately cover the face.
I loved the refreshing feel on my skin on application and I found that this subsided quite quickly. My skin was left feeling clean and ready to absorb my moisturiser.
No real change to the size of my spots or my pores, but I certainly felt that it helped to calm and soothe any redness that I was experiencing.

Good Natural Toner, But I Dislike the Feel
My skin is blemish-prone, a little on the oily side & my pores are large, so I like to use toner after cleansing. This amber toner has a pleasantly herby, mildly astringent scent due to the natural ingredients. After using the whole bottle, I don’t feel that my skin is any better or worse regarding blemishes or pore size. My problem with this toner is that it feels like it leaves a residue on my skin. The residue hasn’t caused any sensitivity: I just find it unpleasant.
If you’re after a natural toner, this might suit your needs. I love that it’s Aussie-made, but I won’t repurchase.

Love this
This toner is great. The first time I bought it I used it up really quickly and repurchased it the first change I got!
I have dry skin and I was worried it might be drying on my skin as it is advertised as blemish control. However I can use this every night and it doesn’t dry my skin out – it feels lovely on the skin. After using it i notice my pores appear less noticeable straight away and in the morning any blemishes that were starting to pop up are smaller and less red. Big thumbs up in my books 🙂

Refreshing, non-drying toner with salicylic acid, tea tree oil and glycerin
This is part of Sukin’s blemish control range and comes in a 125ml bottle with a mint green label. The formula includes Glycerin, Aloe Leaf Juice, Quince extract, Green Tea/White Tea extract, Ginger Extract, Peppermint Leaf Extract, Tea Tree Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Rosemary Leaf Oil, Lavender Oil, Salicylic Acid. I was happy with the inclusion of Salicylic acid and tea tree oil which are known to treat congested skin.
For reference, I don’t have many blemishes but I do have congested pores. I found this formula to be gentle, non-irritating and non-stripping. The glycerin is slightly hydrating. It has a pleasant scent from the natural oils. I find the experience of applying this product pleasant and soothing.
It’s difficult to judge if this is effective in clearing out pores since I do use other active ingredients with higher salicylic acid content. However I do think it’s a very nice formula with good ingredients that would suit natural skincare product fans.
