Does not irriate eyes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this for a few weeks now and I can say it is by far one of the best eye makeup removers i have ever used! I actually went and got another bottle. This remover does not sting your eyes like other ones i have used in the past, there’s no chemical smell to it and it actually removed all the makeup. I put mine on a cotton pad and it does the job. would recommend purchasing! It’s a great brand and great price

The only product you need to remove your makeup!

Once I started using this makeup remover, I have not needed to use several different products as I once did before. I also love that the new formula remains gentle on my skin and has not left my face feeling irritated immediately after use (as some other products have before).

Not For Sensitive anymore
I have been using this product for over 10 years as it has been a blessing for my sensitive eyes and skin.
This new improved formula is now causing irritation and burning sensations so I will sadly have to find another product.
Pity the formula was changed and do not understand why manufacturers change something that works!
It is quite a challenge for those of us with extra sensitivities.
Perhaps you can have both versions available for consumer use.

Great for waterproof makeup removal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quite like this one. The formulation is perfect to wipe away the waterproof mascara and eyeliner. The makeup dissolves easily within a few seconds and can be easily swiped off with a cotton pad. The only drawback is that it does leave a little oily residue which takes abit to wash off completely. It’s quite a thin formula so on reusable wipes you need to use abit but it works really well.

Quick, complete removal (a bonus when tired)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eye make-up remover is very quick and effective at completely removing mascara, as you’d expect from Nivea. I do wish that the formula was a touch gentler, as it did sting very lightly and momentarily, though tolerable. The flip-top lid is great and provides for quick access for at home use, however, a screw-on lid is my preference for throwing in my make-up bag when travelling.

The product definitely removed my mascara but it was also a little irritating.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Nivea Gentle eye makeup remover and it definitely removed my mascara and the makeup around my eyes. However it did cause my eye to become quite irritated, i followed the directions on the bottle and didn’t apply much pressure or scrub very hard. I will admit i have really sensitive eyes but for a gentle eye makeup remover it could be gentler on the eye.
