New formula is terrible!!
This was by far the best moisturiser on the market until you introduced the new vegan formula, which is honestly terrible! It no longer absorbs or moisturises the skin. Instead, it just sits on top, leaving white streaks everywhere and failing to do its job. Rather than recommending alternative products, none of which compare to the original Nivea Soft, could you confirm whether your quality team plans to address the many negative reviews from the past 3 months and bring back the original formula? I’m all for sustainability, but the product needs to actually work! This is so disappointing!

New formula is rubbish
I recently tried the new Nivea soft moisturiser. I’ve been using Nivea soft for at least 2 years and it’s the only cream I’ve never reacted to. The new formula is completely different. Unfortunately it’s not usable for me. It stings when I put it on. Then my face feels sticky and tight. Now after several days of using it I’ve developed a rash. I don’t know why they didn’t keep this the same and just bring out a new product. It’s really frustrating and disappointing.

In love with this product
I love coming home knowing this product is sitting in my bathroom waiting for me. It makes my skin so soft and smooth, I tell everyone I know about it’s so amazing. If I could I would use it ten times a day but sadly that would mean I run out, but it would be so worth it. Nivea team you have done well with this product you should be proud.

Silky smooth!
Thank you The Nivea Insiders for sending me SOFT MOISTURISING CREAM.
I can always rely on it when my skin gets really sensitive because it is so gentle and very nourishing. I apply it morning and night and it instantly hydrates. My skin looks refreshed, smoother, softer and smells beautiful!

Best face cream
I am using this cream for many many years on my whole body including face and my face looks amazing and i get so much compliments on how great it makes my face look. People think, I use other product on my face but Nivea is the only one i use. Thanks Nivea

Change of ingredients
Texture felt different and when I applied it – it immediately stung my face, irritating my skin, causing it to go red in sections. I have been using Nivea Soft for over 30 years and I’m saddened to see that changes to the ingredients have been made.

New Vegan Formula Burns Skim
I’ve been using Nivea Soft for over a decade and could tell instantly when the formula changed. Now it burns my skin and doesn’t feel moisturising at all. Hopefully they change it back
